Our mediators strive to make an often stressful process more manageable by using a neutral third party to assist in your decision making in order to achieve a resolution for your dispute.
As such, Clairmont Mediations provides mediation services throughout the State of Florida for civil county court cases including consumer, debt collection, eviction, windshield and general civil litigation matters with a value between $8,000 - $50,000.
Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, all mediations are now carried out by Zoom. Mediations can be scheduled outside of "regular" business hours, thus making the process easier for all parties concerned.
